Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a form, call, text, email, or meet with us, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, mailing or property address, the area you hope to move to, your price range and timing, whether you have a home to sell, your financing status, your message, the consent choices shown with the form, and any other details you choose to share about your real estate or mortgage needs. If you refer someone, we collect your information and the referred person's name and contact details. If you enter into a transaction with us, we collect the information needed to prepare, negotiate, and close it, which may include identification, financial, and property documents required by law, lenders, or closing professionals.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security provider processes technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, and security events in order to deliver and protect the website. When analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to measure page views and conversion events such as form submissions and clicks on our phone number or email address. Analytics cookies are used only for this purpose.

Information from other sources

If you contact us through a real estate portal, a lead-referral service, our brokerage, or another agent, we receive the details that source shares with us. We may add public property records, listing data, and mapping information to prepare accurate advice.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to your request and communicate about the real estate or mortgage needs you identified; schedule and confirm appointments, showings, and closings; prepare market analyses, offers, agreements, and disclosures; coordinate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals you engage; keep business and transaction records required by license law and our brokerage; measure and improve the website; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual duties; and protect the rights and safety of our clients and our business. We do not use personal information to make decisions with legal effect about you solely by automated means.

Automated and AI-assisted tools

We use software, including AI-assisted tools that run on equipment we control, to organize records, summarize communications, draft messages, and manage scheduling. A person reviews and approves every message before it is sent to you, and these tools are not used to make decisions about your eligibility for services. We do not sell or otherwise provide your information to train third-party AI systems.

Calls, text messages, and email

When you check the consent box on a form or otherwise ask us to contact you, we may reach you by telephone, text message, or email about the request you made. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency varies with your transaction. Message and data rates may apply. You may stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may reply HELP for assistance or contact poewaycros@gmail.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing email through the link in the message. Transactional messages about an active request or transaction may still be sent when permitted by law. Mobile telephone numbers and text-message opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

When we share information

We share personal information only as described here. Personal information is not sold or rented.

• Our brokerage. Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty, its broker, and its staff, as required by license law and brokerage policy to supervise and record transactions.
• Service providers. Companies that process information on our behalf, including website hosting and security, email and text-message delivery, customer relationship management, electronic signature and transaction-management platforms, calendar and scheduling tools, cloud storage, and analytics. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Transaction participants. With your direction or as needed to complete a transaction: lenders, title companies, closing attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, insurers, other brokerages and their agents, and the parties to the transaction.
• Referral partners. If we refer you to another professional at your request, we share what that professional needs to help you.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or regulator, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of a client, the public, or our business.
• Business transfers. If the business is sold or reorganized, records may transfer to the successor under this policy.

Google services

We use Google services for analytics, email, and calendar scheduling. Appointment invitations may be sent to you from our Google Calendar; accepting or declining an invitation shares your response with us through Google. Our internal scheduling software accesses only our own Google Calendar and does not access any Google account or data belonging to you. Any use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review Google's practices in Google's Privacy Policy and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Cookies and tracking

Essential technologies are used to operate and secure the website. Analytics cookies are used only when analytics is enabled, as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work without them. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no common standard for them, but the choices described in this policy remain available.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here. Georgia license law and brokerage policy require transaction records to be kept for at least three years after closing or termination, and lending rules may require longer retention for mortgage files. Inquiries that do not lead to a transaction are kept only as long as reasonably useful for follow-up you have consented to, then deleted or anonymized.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, and secure storage of credentials and documents, and we limit access to people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial, government-identification, or password information through website forms or ordinary email; we will provide a secure method when such documents are needed.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing by contacting poewaycros@gmail.com or 706-676-5424. We will verify your identity before acting and may keep information that the law, our brokerage, or a pending transaction requires us to retain. Children

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and information about a minor is collected only from a parent or guardian as part of a transaction. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to portals, lenders, government sites, and other third parties are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are their own and are not covered by this policy.
